E-Auction
of E-waste Items, Furniture, & Misc. for Authorized Recyclers, dismantler,
Collector, registered with SPCB or PCB, will be held on Friday, the 25th
June-2025 at 2:30 P.M. Inspection can be
done on 23rd & 24th June-2025 from 11:00am to 3:00
pm. at National Horticulture Board, Plot
No. 85, Sector-18, Institutional Area, Gurgavon-122015
Terms:
- The Items will be auctioned and will be lifted by the highest bidder on “As
is Where is Basis”. As the Material is broken and in Scrap Condition, the
Bidder needs to satisfy by comparing the material with the List. No complain
shall be entertained after the Auction. The Security Deposit of Rs. 20,000/-
(Rs. Twenty Thousand only) only in form of NEFT be drawn in f/o M/s. Accurate
Auctioneers, Delhi to be deposited by each bidder before Auction. Acceptance of
highest Bid Will be Subject to approval of competent authority.
Payment in form of D.D , will be made within 3
working days to N.H.B. The auctioned material must be removed within 5 days
from the date of depositing of highest bid. A penalty of Rs. 500/- per day will
be charged for delay. Validity of bid for 45 days, Security will be forfeited
if payment not done within given time.

online bidding process, on behalf of NHB, and shall provide the electronic
platform to aid the online bidding process.
