E-AUCTION RESULT CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT
|
Payment Within 03 working days from the
date of intimation of such provisional acceptance, the highest/ successful
bidder has to pay an amount equivalent to 10% (Ten Per cent) of his bid
amount less the Caution Money deposited (CMD) earlier towards the Earnest
Money Deposit (EMD).
L&T Energy-
CarbonLite Solutions, shall issue a final confirmation of
acceptance/rejection for all lots within 30 calendar days (excluding
e-auction date)
The buyer shall deposit 100% payment
within 07 calendar days from the date of confirmation, subject to acceptance
of his bid amount and said lot/’s
The
EMD / Security Amount Shall be refunded after NOC from
L&T Energy- CarbonLite Solutions.
NO interest shall be provided on amount
deposited in Auctioneer’s Account.

This is the rate contract for 6 Months (FY
2026-2027) which please note and quantity will be on arising basis. The
quantity given in the table for monthly basis.
Special Condition :
1. L&T Energy-
CarbonLite Solutions will not provide the E
way bill. It’s in scrap vendor scope.
2. H1 Buyer lift the
materials from site as indicate in the photographs & site person.
3. After auction company
will not accept any misbehave for the lifting .
4.
All materials shall
be lifted from site within 15 days from the date of
issuance of Sale Order.
5.
Payment Terms:
Bidder has to deposit 100% of the Sale Order value within 3 days from the date of issuance of Sale
Order as a full payment. The Security
amount will be refunded by Auctioneers after clearance of material from site.
6.
The Sale Order will
be cancelled and EMD will be forfeited as per below clauses:
·
If Bidder will not
deposit the Security Amount within 3-5 days from the date of issuance of Sale
Order.
·
If Bidder shall not
start the lifting of materials from 10th day of issuance of
Sale Order.
·
If Bidder shall not
lift the 50% of materials within 15th Day of issuance of Sale
Order.
7.
Bidder shall be
Single Point of Contact for all communication & correspondence with Client.
8. Tax will be extra as per actual rates.
9. Event Fees is to be Paid by H1 Buyer Only.
10. All the bidders have to pay Membership Fee for
the participation as Rs.7080/- (Inclusive GST)
