                      E-AUCTION FOR Montra Electric eM&HCV, (IPLTech Electric Pvt. Ltd.) SCRAP VEHICLES

 Auction of Vehicles belonging to Montra Electric eM&HCV, will be held on Saturday the 5^th September-2026, at 02:30 through E-auction. The inspection of Vehicle will be allowed from 2^nd September-2026 to 4^th September-2026, on working days from 1000 to 1600hrs. At Montra Electric eM&HCV, (IPLTech Electric Pvt. Ltd.), ??HSIIDC Plot No 2, Sector M-11, Transport HUB, IMT Manesar, Haryana 122052. Photos of vehicles available on website.

 Security deposit of Rs. 30,000/- per Vehicle,  in favour of Accurate Auctioneers, should be deposited before 05:00pm on or before 04^th September-2026. Bidder must submit identity and address proof along with security money. And create EMD submit request on website. Event fee of Rs. 5,900/- including GST, per vehicle will be charged.

DETAILS OF VEHICLES

HV Electrical components will not be scrapped with the vehicle such as HV Battery and Motor/Powertrain, Motor etc, will be removed by the company. 

      TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Vehicles are auctioned on "As is Where is" basis.
2.  For Scrap vehicles no Document will be given And bidder will make his own arrangement for removal of the vehicles. The security will be returned only after the déposit of the chassis plate & Scrap Affidavit to the office by the highest bidder.
3. Security Refund of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded in 5 Working Days, After creation of EMD refund request on website of Auctioneers.
4. Payment in full, along with GST, after the acceptance will have to be made by the successful bidder in RTGS, NEFT, in favour of “Company”, within Three days from the date of notification, before collection of vehicles. Scrap Vehicles buyer will submit an affidavit along with his ID proof and deposit the Chassis plate of the vehicle to the Company.
5.  The Company have reserved the right to accept or reject any offer without assigning any reason.
6. The highest bidder should give his proper identification i.e Voter card/Driving License/Adhar Card/Passport or any other valid proof of address in case of individual and Registration Certificate in case of the firms etc. before taking the delivery of the vehicle.
7. It would be assumed that the bidder has inspected the vehicles before the auction. No complaint will be entertained after the auction.
8. In case the successful bidder backs out, his security amount will be forfeited.
9. Accurate Auctioneers shall be the facilitator for the online bidding process, on behalf of Comany, and shall provide the electronic platform to aid the online bidding process.    
10. The Company, will not disclose highest bidder name to third party or other bidders.
