E-AUCTION NOTICES

E-Auction of E-waste Items Computers, TV, Printers, Water Dispenser, Hot case, Fans,  Furniture & Misc. & Waste papers & Magazines, for Authorized Recyclers, dismantler, Collector, registered with SPCB or PCB, will be held on Friday, the 30^th October-2026 at 02:30 P.M. Inspection can be done on  27^th & 28^th October-2026 from 11:00am to 4:00 pm. at Central Secretariat Library., Ministry of Culture, G-wing Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi – 110001 & Branch Library of CSL at R. K. Puram Sector-1. Delhi, Contact number Mr. Rahul 96713-13138 for Gate pass. 

Terms: - The Items will be auctioned and will be lifted by the highest bidder on “As is Where is Basis”. As the Material is broken and in Scrap Condition, the Bidder needs to satisfy by comparing the material with the List. No complain shall be entertained after the Auction. The Security Deposit of Rs. 20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand only) only in form of NEFT may be drawn in f/o M/s. Accurate Auctioneers, Payable at New Delhi to be deposited by each bidder before Auction. Acceptance of highest Bid Will be Subject to approval of competent authority. Validity of bid for 45 days. Payment of highest bid will be made within 5 working days through DD Ministry, otherwise security will be forfeited. The auctioned material must be removed within 2 days from the date of depositing of highest bid. A penalty of Rs. 500/- per day will be charged for delay.

M/s Accurate Auctioneers shall be the facilitator for the online bidding process, on behalf of this Ministry and shall provide the electronic platform to aid the online bidding process.
