    E-AUCTION NOTICE

                                                  TERMS & CONDITION

THE E-AUCTION WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS: -

Details:

1. EMD Clause
1. EMD can be deposited in the form of demand draft, in favour of TML CV Mobility Solutions Limited and DD shall be submitted to Accurate Auctioneers on or before 07^th October 2026 before 1PM..
2. EMD can also be deposited in the bank account of Accurate Auctioneers through NEFT/RTGS/IMPS.
3. TML CV Mobility Solution Limited will finalize and provide the details of final successful bidder to auctioneer and final successful bidder’s EMD will be retained by auctioneer. Unsuccessful bidder’s EMD will be handed over/refunded to respective bidder by auctioneer.
4.  In case bidder fails to observe/comply any of the stipulation, the earnest money (EMD) will be forfeited by TML CV Mobility Solution Limited.
2. For scrap tyres & Batteries rates to be quoted in e-auction and will be sold to highest bidder. TML CVMSL reserves the right to withhold sale of a scrap of all or any depot without assigning any reason.
3. The successful bidders will deposit the gross billing amount within 72 hours of intimation, intimation will be sent by auctioneer through E-mail.
4. The highest bidder shall provide his proper identification i.e. voter card/driving license/ration card/passport or any other valid proof of address in case of individual and the registration certificate in case of the firms etc. before taking the delivery of the material.
5.  It would be assumed that the bidder has inspected the materials before furnishing of their bid.  No complaint will be entertained by TML CVMSL after the auction.
6. The buyer will have to remove the material at his own cost within 7 days of payment deposits from all depots, Dealer shall make his own arrangement for removal of the materials and ensure adherence to all safety and scrap disposal norms as per the existing statutory and environmental laws. The successful bidder will ensure adequate safety while lifting the scrap from Tata low floor depots. A penalty of Rs. 50,000/- per day will be charged, if the scrap material is not removed within the given time.
7. In case of battery, dealer has to comply with the hazardous waste management rules and shall provide applicable form to TML CVMSL (Form 10/Form 13)
8. After lifting the scraps dealer must collect No Objection Certificate (NOC) from respective depot else deposited EMD will be forfeited by TML.
9. If the bidder fails to observe / comply any of the above stipulation, the earnest money shall be forfeited by TML CVMSL DELHI.
10. In case of any damage to the property of TML CVMSL while lifting the material, a penalty (as decided by TML CVMSL) can be imposed by the organisation.
11.  In case of the wrong bid, decision will be taken by TML CVMSL
12. Bidders must register themselves on www.accurateauctioneers.in.

ALL THE MATERIAL WILL BE SOLD ON “AS IS WHERE IS” BASIS.
